You can return/exchange your products within 10 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever! Few things to keep in mind though:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must have your delivery receipt.
If you'd like to return or exchange your product:
- Get in touch with us at email@example.com with your name, your order ID, and the reason you'd like to return your product, or give us a call at 03018267076.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will then require your bank details to transfer you the money if you've asked for a refund, or if it's for exchange we will notify you of the time of delivery if your new product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Be patient, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
