Returns

You can return/exchange your products within 10 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever! Few things to keep in mind though:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You must have your delivery receipt. 

If you'd like to return or exchange your product:

  1. Get in touch with us at support@ezizum.com with your name, your order ID, and the reason you'd like to return your product, or give us a call at 03018267076.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will then require your bank details to transfer you the money if you've asked for a refund, or if it's for exchange we will notify you of the time of delivery if your new product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet: 

  • Be patient, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ezizum.com.
